Quests
The world in which Popmundo and The Great Heist evolve — the Popoverse — doesn't deal only with music, crime, and other boring stuff we deal with everyday. It contains many quests and mysterious or even magical places all around the globe. You can explore unbelievable places where zombies roam or ghosts lurk in the shadows, you can fight against or along the kraken, embrace the life of a pirate, explore the planet Mars or even play a D&D game. HELL YEAH!
This section is not here just to give you practical info, but also to give some context around these quests. If you should find mistakes or missing content, please feel free to send a message!
All these quests will provide you experience point, precious rare items and achievements, but mostly they will give you the satisfaction of going on adventure. That's why I highly advise you to try doing these quests on your own first. As a matter of fact, I tried to do everything on my own, with my pen on my notebook to write down details, places, items and to draw maps. Sure, I searched for some existing info when he was stuck or needed to get a start point, some context, history or trivial info, but in my opinion, there's no point in just following itineraries without exploring and thinking a bit.
It is because I always tried to start quests from scratch that I enjoyed them so much, even if I did most of them many years after everyone — because as you know, I got sleepy for years down here. So don't hesitate to explore, to use your XP and rare items to heal you, to quit and come later, because it's always funnier to discover things by yourself or with teammates.
And last but not the least, even if I put a lot of work in this, I obviously found info, data and inspiration on the Popmundo English General Forum.
My personal thanks and admiration to the late Jefe Tempe (ID 267400) for all the story he gathered for so many quests, to Cameron Meehan (ID 3396555) for her precious help and tips on the Seven Seas quest, and obviously to Frank, Father of the Quests.

How to use maps?
The maps use the SVG format and should be usable on all recent versions of web browsers like Opera, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.
Some of them are quite static (e.g. Saint Kobe maps) but some of them are dynamic (e.g. Troy map), and hovering — or tapping screen for smartphones and tablets — can trigger a specific key map for the location targeted. As an old fashion player, I'd however recommend the old fashion mouse/trackpad for the best user experience.
You can use the map on the right to test the navigation.
