Tweak to Skill Prerequisites

With Popmundo 2.0 coming, the skills mastery will soon be displayed by five stars instead of ten.
That's why Popmundo devs have tweaked the prerequesites: now you've to get two, four or six stars instead of one, three or five. The Bible has been updated too.
