You are Alone in the Dark.
To start the quest, you first need to go to Fear Tunnel (ID 473022) in Singapore, check the items there and use the Statue of Celestial Beauty to start your exploration. You'll arrive in a strange place in less than ten minutes.
The Singapore quest is, at the same time, the simplest but most trying and dangerous of the four Kobe's Day quests. While you can make it through the journey with perfect health, your mood will take many hits. You will cry for your mommy, yell, scream in fear, beg Kobe for mercy and suffer relentlessly. Make sure you have a lot of XP to spare, you mood will need a boost, several times on your trek. There is one rule to follow, stay to the northern path and do not stray from it, ever, for any reason. If you do, we're not sure where you'll end up or in what condition.
Ending successfully this quest will allow you to choose a skill — music genre for Popmundo characters or criminal The Great Heist characters — you wish to be blessed with an extra star in by the holy Kobe, and if you haven't, the Faced my fears achievement.
